3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Woodenxa.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
  • We accept secure payments through:

  • We do not store any banking or card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship products nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or other external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Since our products are handcrafted, returns are allowed only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Return Policy:

  • Provide order details and images/videos of the issue for verification.
  • Once approved, the item must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
