Returns & Refunds

At Woodenxa, we understand that purchasing handcrafted items online can be a unique experience.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our return and refund process simple and fair.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

Handcrafted products may have natural variations in color, texture, and pattern.
These natural differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return request:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  5. Your order number
  6. Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  7. Your name and contact details
  8. Returns submitted after 7 days or without proper evidence will not be accepted.

3. Return Approval

Once you contact us:

  • Our team will review your request and photos.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (e.g., COD reversal, bank transfer, JazzCash/Easypaisa).
  • You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

At this time, Woodenxa does not offer direct exchanges.
If you want another item, you may place a new order after your refund is processed.

6. Important Notes

  • Handmade items may have slight variations in color, wood grain, size, and finish. These are natural characteristics of artisanal work and not valid reasons for return.
  • Items returned after the return window or without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Damaged returns caused by customer mishandling are not eligible for refund.
